Online voting consent

Give your consent to online voting and electronic notices

Under Florida law, owners can vote online only after they consent in writing. Sign the Association's consent form here in about two minutes, so your home is ready to vote online on the decisions that shape Greystone.

You can also choose to receive meeting notices by email instead of paper.

Why it matters

Why online voting matters for Greystone

Many of the Association's most important decisions need a vote from a set share of all owners, not just the owners who come to a meeting. Changing our governing documents, updating community rules and electing the Board all depend on enough homes returning a ballot. When ballots go unreturned, a change most owners support can fail simply because too few votes came in.

Online voting makes it far easier for every home to take part, which makes it much more likely that good changes can actually pass.

More owners take part

Voting from your phone or computer takes a minute. More participation means decisions that truly reflect the community, and votes that reach the number needed to pass.

Vote from anywhere

Seasonal residents and owners who travel can vote on time from wherever they are. No ballots lost in the mail, no envelopes to return.

Saves Association money

Fewer printed ballots, envelopes and postage, and fewer repeat mailings when a vote falls short. Savings that stay with the community.

Secure and verified

Online ballots go only to the email address each home registers here, so every vote is tied to a verified owner of that home.

Notices by email

Get notices of Board, committee, annual and special meetings in your inbox as soon as they're sent, instead of waiting on paper mail.

Required by law

Florida law lets an owner vote online only after giving written consent. This form is that consent. It's signed electronically, kept on file, and you can download a copy any time.
